Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs, scratches, grease residue, and some light surface rust from normal use.
Notes:
When power was applied, this item ran very smoothly.  It built up pressure easily with no problems.  The air was held in the tank and there were no signs of leaks.  While running it automatically shut off approximately at 160 psi and restarted at approximately 130 psi.  No further testing was performed.
Note:  It is the responsibility of the buyer to check for any needed oil for proper operation. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
